Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to the nexuscore.club website, the NEXUS Wallet application, and all related NEXUS CORE services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Nature of the Services

NEXUS CORE provides non-custodial software. We never take possession, control or custody of your crypto assets, private keys or seed phrase. All transactions are initiated and signed by you, on your device, and are executed by public blockchain networks and third-party protocols that we do not control.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction where the use of crypto assets is prohibited.
• You must not be subject to international sanctions or appear on any restricted-persons list.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for storing your seed phrase and private keys. Losing them means permanent loss of access to your assets - recovery is technically impossible for us.
• You are responsible for verifying every transaction, address, network and contract before signing.
• You are responsible for taxes and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

4. NXR token

NXR is a utility token used inside the NEXUS CORE ecosystem for governance, fee discounts, rewards, staking and access to ecosystem features. NXR is not a security, share, deposit or investment product, does not represent equity or a claim on profits, and carries no promise of return or price appreciation.

5. Prohibited use

• Illegal activity, money laundering, terrorism financing or sanctions evasion.
• Attacking, reverse-engineering for exploitation, or overloading the Services.
• Market manipulation, automated abuse of reward mechanics, or multi-account farming of incentives.

6. No warranty

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Smart contracts, blockchains and third-party integrations may contain bugs, may be exploited, or may become unavailable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXUS CORE and its contributors are not liable for any loss of assets, profits, data or opportunity arising from your use of the Services, from blockchain network behaviour, from third-party protocols, or from your own key management.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the ecosystem evolves. The current version is always published on this page with its update date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
