NEXUS CORE is built to work without collecting personal data. This policy explains what is and is not processed when you use the website and NEXUS Wallet.

1. What we never collect

• Your seed phrase or private keys - they are generated and stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us.
• Passwords, PIN codes or biometric data.
• Identity documents, unless a specific regulated partner service explicitly requires verification and you choose to use it.

2. What may be processed

• Technical data required to serve the website: IP address, browser type, and pages requested, kept in short-lived server logs.
• Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics used to improve products.
• Public blockchain data - wallet addresses and transactions are public by nature and are not created or owned by us.
• Information you voluntarily send us, for example a message in the official Telegram channel.

3. Why we process it

• To operate, secure and improve the website and applications.
• To detect abuse, fraud and automated exploitation of reward mechanics.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Third parties

The wallet connects to public RPC nodes, DEX aggregators, bridges and price data providers to function. These providers may see request data such as your IP address or queried addresses. We do not sell data to anyone.

5. Retention

Technical logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations. Anonymous aggregated statistics may be kept without a time limit because they cannot identify you.

6. Your rights

Where applicable law grants you rights of access, correction, deletion or objection, you can exercise them by contacting the team through the official Telegram channel. Note that data on public blockchains cannot be modified or deleted by anyone, including us.

7. Children

The Services are not intended for anyone under 18 years of age.
